Thai Bodywork &
Therapeutic Table Massage

Holistic Thai Bodywork benefits the whole body, improving relaxation, reducing stress, and addressing injury, overuse and structural issues. Thai Bodywork increases blood circulation, balances the nervous system, strengthens the immune system, and stimulates the internal organs.

Thai Bodywork is performed on a soft mat on the floor with the patient clothed. Please come wearing loose fitting comfortable attire (gym or yoga wear). Patients may be positioned lying on their back, stomach, or side, or in a seated position, depending upon the treatment and what is most comfortable for each client.

​Sessions are tailored to each patient’s specific needs utilizing various techniques including deep compression, structural integration, elongating stretches, myo-fascial release, acupressure, herbal compresses and gua sha. The passive stretching combined with compression supports joint mobilization, and frees up muscular tension easing stiffness and limited range of motion.

I offer a comprehensive window towards addressing issues of chronic pain, overuse injuries, and musculoskeletal issues. Through awakening the body towards a state of deeper relaxation and postural awareness clients walk away feeling rejuvenated and replenished. 

With extensive training in the following modalities:

  • Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Massage)

  • Prenatal Massage

  • Active Release Technique

  • Myofascial Release

  • Thai Herbal Compresses (please mention prior to the session if you would like heated compresses)

Rates for Thai Bodywork & Table Massage

60 minutes  (for treatment of specific areas): $110

90 minutes  (full body treatment):  $160

Cancellation, Rescheduling
& No-Show Policy:

~24 hours notice required for cancellations, except those due to emergency or sickness. 

~Please allow 24 hours to reschedule appointments as well. 

~"No shows" and clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice are liable for 100% of the scheduled appointment cost, and will be asked to provide payment. This is because the therapist lost the opportunity to schedule another appointment during that time, thus losing revenue.
