Somatic Education & Consulting

Private classes and programming for groups, organizations and businesses in somatic movement and leadership. These classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of your individual group or organization, tailored to work on various forms of embodiment, relaxation and nervous system understanding. Tools of Yoga, Qigong, T'ai Chi, Martial Arts, Meditation, Dance and Bodywork are all potentially utilized to help access states of  nourishing movement.

Classes are offered in person as well as online.
