Qi Sessions

1:1 Qi Diagnostic &
Prescriptive Movement Sessions

How can we access greater aliveness, source inner emotional clarity and connect to a deeper reservoir of energetic knowing?

Often the keys to this level of personal alchemy live inside the somatic expression of Qi. How we move, how we inhabit our bodies, our minds, and our relationships exemplifies the places of excess, blockage and deficiency within. From a Daoist perspective it is the harmony of latent stored energy in the body and the nourishment of deficiency that produces alchemic rhythm and availability to life.

In these one-on-one sessions we work “with” the discomfort or symptomatic patterns, pain or frustration occurring in one’s life, leaning into the deep truths these expressions can relay. Utilizing Daoist understanding, Chinese medicine five element theory and somatic inquiry we move towards greater alignment and harmony of Qi expression in your life.

Qigong movements, meditations and breathwork are specifically tailored to each person prescriptively to aid in continued self-knowing and an unraveling of patterns rooted in trauma or discord.

The results of this work are different for each individual, but I have seen clients and students find ease in their communication and power dynamics with others, shift into working “with” their body in a more holistic understanding, come to a grander lens regarding the mythopoetic nature of their own lives, source deeper contentment in their daily experience and overall be in a deeper relationship to their own body as a sanctuary.

Qi Sessions are $110 for 60 minute sessions.

About Qi Sessions

“Jaye’s work is both accessible and profound. In the 1:1 work I’ve done with her, I experienced Jaye as a clear and deep mirror that brought insight and holding to meet me exactly where I was on my personal path. The prescriptive movement she offered empowered me to work at my growing edge and opened me to my body’s intelligence and innate ability to heal. Engaging with her classes and 1:1 work have fed into each other and placed me both deeply in my own body and within a body of a beautiful community of practitioners that Jaye has invited in and held with such grace and wisdom.” - Nico
